The site is published by Mahi Binebine, painter, sculptor and writer, based in Marrakech.

No registration number, postal address or share capital is shown here, because they do not belong to the form of this publication. They can be requested in writing through the Contact page when a procedure requires them.

Mahi Binebine is the publication director.

The texts, exhibition dates and images are published under his responsibility, or with the agreement of the rights holders when a work, a photograph or a text belongs to someone else.

The site presents the work: paintings, sculptures, books, translations, exhibitions and news. It is a documentary and artistic publication.

The site is hosted by the technical provider chosen to put it online. The host’s name, address and telephone number are given on written request through the Contact page.

The film on the home page is served by the site itself. Social accounts are hosted by their own services. The contact form and the messages it receives stay with the site’s host.

Unless stated otherwise, the following are protected and remain the property of Mahi Binebine or their rights holders:

• the paintings, sculptures and other works reproduced
• photographs of the works and of the artist
• literary texts, titles and notes
• the selection and composition of the pages

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, beyond private viewing on screen, requires prior permission. A short quotation, with the artist’s name and the source, remains possible within the limits set by law.

Typefaces, trademarks and signs belonging to third parties remain their owners’ property. Their presence on the site transfers no right.

The publisher is not responsible for interruptions beyond his control, nor for what is published on sites a link leads to.

The site is published from Marrakech. Moroccan law applies, without taking from a person the mandatory protections of their country of residence when those protections are meant to apply.
